Chad has no difficulty pinpointing his most gratifying roles at Spyrnal Financial Group: developing meaningful relationships and devising innovative, custom solutions that reduce his clients’ worries and confusion and help guide them to their ideal retirements.
“My favorite part of this business is that no one walks in the door with the same stuff,” Chad said. “They want to go to the same place, but we get there in completely different ways.”
After previously serving as an auctioneer, Chad entered the financial services industry because he craved connections with clients that were lasting, not merely transactional. He also wanted to put his math and finance skills to use, “so this was a perfect marriage of the two things I enjoy,” he said.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®), Chad joined Spyrnal in 2019 and assumed leadership responsibilities in 2024. He offers investment, insurance products and financial planning services. He has passed his Series 66 securities exam and state insurance 215 license.
A true Floridan, born and raised in Lee County, Chad married his high school sweetheart, Britney, in the band room at North Fort Myers High. Later, they both graduated from Florida State University, and he proposed the following weekend. They are proud to raise their three children — Connor, Garrett and Ella — in the same place they grew up, and they aren’t bothered in the least that young Ella’s favorite “person” in the world is Winston, an 11-year-old vizsla that they call their first “child.”
When Chad isn’t guiding clients toward amazing retirements, he loves spending time with his family. He coaches both of his boys’ baseball teams, challenges them to Nintendo battles and enjoys family trips to Disney. He taught all of his kids the FSU Seminole chop before they could walk. He also enjoys an occasional round of golf, fishing trip or bourbon tasting.
